Expressive arts therapy uses creative methods like art, music, dance, drama, and movement to explore emotions, reduce stress, and support healing. You don’t need to be “artistic” to benefit — it’s about expression, not perfection.
+ Do I need to have talent in art, music, or dance to join?
Not at all. Therapy here is about expressing yourself, not performing or creating something “perfect.” Everyone can benefit, regardless of skill level.
+ What issues can therapy help with?
We support individuals with anxiety, stress, depression, grief, relationship challenges, self-esteem issues, trauma, and overall emotional well-being.
+ What happens in a 1:1 session?
In individual therapy, you’ll meet with a therapist who will guide you through creative and talk-based techniques, depending on your needs. Sessions are safe, confidential, and tailored to you.
+ How is group therapy different from individual therapy?
In group therapy, you share space with others who may be going through similar challenges. It offers community support, shared expression, and connection, while 1:1 therapy is a more private and personalized space.
+ Do you offer online sessions?
Yes, we provide both in-person sessions at our Thane clinic and online sessions so you can access therapy from anywhere.
+ How long is a session?
Most sessions last 50–60 minutes. Group sessions may run a little longer, depending on the activity.
